You'll receive an alert at 80% capacity. We don't cut off your service mid-month — we notify you and you can upgrade or manage volume. Enterprise plans have no limit.
The simulation is free and gives you a realistic resolution rate estimate. Paid plans include a 14-day pilot period — if Resolve isn't working for your team, we refund the first month.
